I built this firm to change that — with real support, clear communication, and the kind of service that feels like someone actually cares. And we’ve done just that.
S. Godoy & Associates provides professional bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, entity formation, and financial wealth services for clients across multiple states. I’ve made it my mission to help individuals and business owners feel confident, informed, and in control of their financial picture.
I’ve grown this firm from a dream to a recognized name in my community — hiring a team, streamlining operations, and building a reputation for being responsive, trustworthy, and thorough. I’ve been invited to speak at local business events, featured in the 2025 Leading Women edition of Living Magazine, and I continue to invest in tools and education to better serve my clients.
Before launching my firm, I earned two associate degrees, graduated magna cum laude, and was inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society — achievements that reflect my commitment to excellence and growth. I'm currently working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent so I can represent clients at the highest level before the IRS.
My husband, Spencer, manages our operations so I can stay focused on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. This business was built on faith, grit, and a relentless drive to do things the right way.

Spencer Godoy: Managing Partner
I’m a hands-on problem solver with a passion for making things work—whether it’s troubleshooting complex equipment, leading a team, or streamlining day-to-day operations. With years of experience in technical service management, I’ve developed a strong ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues while also managing schedules, inventory, and team performance. I take pride in optimizing workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. At S. Godoy & Associates, I bring that same structured, problem-solving mindset to support the firm’s operations—helping refine internal processes, enhance client service, and create a more organized and efficient business environment. My experience managing teams, coordinating service calls, and handling logistics allows me to provide valuable insight into daily operations and long-term strategy.
Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors. Whether I’m hunting, fishing, or exploring, I enjoy the challenge and patience these activities require. Just like in my professional life, I approach them with discipline, strategy, and a focus on the big picture. Managing a team or running daily operations is a lot like being out in the field—you need attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to think a few steps ahead. That’s the mindset I bring to everything I do, ensuring that both work and life are always moving in the right direction.
